Citroen Traction?
If so, it's actually FWD.

Yep, looks like a Traction Avant.

Ooh! That's a Citroën Traction Avant . The name essentially means front-drive. It was only the fourth FWD car ever AFAIK, and was the first FWD car with a monocoque chassis. This was in 1934.
My first ever model car was one of those.

It is indeed a Traction Avant , and, more specifically, a Light Fifteen. That's the British version of the 11CV B, Légère - that's the slightly smaller, lighter sportier model that's largely the same as the 1934 original, engine apart. This one is likely from the '50s, and you can tell it's British by the chrome grille, and, er, the steering wheel...
It looks a little modified: the lamps look like '60s/'70s sealed beam units, and tractions never had running boards. Here an original British Light Fifteen:

I see.
I have heard that name, but this is the first time I saw the car in real life.
Really gorgeus car, to be honest.
But the rims seems kinda different as well, and it's using white tire. That black one looks really elegant.
